Review your AI marketing video before publishing

The AI Marketing Edit Editorial · Updated October 10, 2026

A polished-looking video can still contain a wrong price, misleading image, or broken next step. Review these five areas before publishing.

1. Claims and business details

Confirm every price, offer date, service area, product name, and contact detail against your actual business information. Remove claims such as “guaranteed results” or “best in the market” unless you have appropriate support. Never allow an AI tool to invent customer reviews, qualifications, discounts, or performance statistics.

2. Visuals and narration

Watch the full export rather than only the editor preview. Look for distorted objects, inconsistent branding, awkward scene changes, and footage that misrepresents the service. Listen for pronunciation problems or narration that does not match what appears on screen. Check that you have permission for every asset, including music and any voice or likeness.

3. Captions and mobile readability

Correct automatically generated captions. Keep each line readable against its background and leave time to understand it. Preview the video on a small screen and ensure essential text will not be covered by the destination platform's interface. A viewer watching without sound should still understand the main message.

4. The destination

Check the landing page on a phone. Confirm the offer matches the video and the destination link works. If the platform does not make caption links clickable, give accurate instructions for finding the link through your profile. Choose a single clear action so the viewer knows what to do next.

5. Commercial disclosures

If you may earn a commission from a recommendation, disclose that relationship clearly where viewers encounter it. A plain statement such as “I may earn a commission if you buy through this link” explains the relationship. For video recommendations, make the disclosure visible in the video and include it close to the link; do not rely solely on a distant website policy.

Keep a copy of the finished video, final caption, destination URL, and relevant asset permissions. Review them again if you reuse the post with a different offer.
